  My check engine light came on and I came here for help, John was very helpful and used the device to tell me what the code was and get the part my husband needs to fix it. He was very patient and really explained things in ways I could understand - I don't know that much about cars! Also I had no clue what antifreeze type was in my vehicle currently and when I couldn't even find where that container was under the hood, he came out and showed me, and even took the time to explain nicely what all the different receptacles were for. My husband even learned something new because John told me concentrated antifreeze needs to be mixed with distilled water to avoid buildup, and my husband had always used tap water. Great experience and he didn't make me feel completely stupid! :)

  Advance was great in straightening out a mix-up. We had an issue with getting the wrong product from an order with them a while back, and when we went in today to get the right product and return the wrong one, John did that for us with no trouble. He was friendly and very helpful.

  Worst auto part store I’ve ever went to in my entire life. I would not recommend these guys. When I walked in, I waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter and then the guy at the counter was very rude and not helpful at all. Then the guy told me that he could not even order my part but online on the advanced auto parts website. It says it can be ordered. The guy obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing. And the place has an odor of some sort, or the guy at the counter is not taking a shower one of the other. I will never walk into this place ever again.
