  Advance was great in straightening out a mix-up. We had an issue with getting the wrong product from an order with them a while back, and when we went in today to get the right product and return the wrong one, John did that for us with no trouble. He was friendly and very helpful.

  Worst auto part store I’ve ever went to in my entire life. I would not recommend these guys. When I walked in, I waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter and then the guy at the counter was very rude and not helpful at all. Then the guy told me that he could not even order my part but online on the advanced auto parts website. It says it can be ordered. The guy obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing. And the place has an odor of some sort, or the guy at the counter is not taking a shower one of the other. I will never walk into this place ever again.

  Kevin M was a great help super friendly I came in looking for window tint for my truck as well as new led headlights and he went above and beyond to help me find the right tint for my truck. As well as the headlights he suggested a great option that didn’t break my bank. Super cool guy to talk to.
