  They completely messed up my order that I put online. When I called the guy was rude and finally said that he would be able to fix my order. Instead of saying oh, let me get it fixed for you right away. I asked who the owner was and he said a guy named Carl but that he is never is there I have had Subway quite a bit the past last week and it's been great but this was absolutely horrible because everything they got wrong including the bread

  The food is fine, typical Subway. Service is always lacking. Seems to be constantly understaffed.
