  Food was fine- but a red headed employee was being openly rude and making faces not only to me, but other customers + overcharged me. Attitude and staring off for no reason, had customers and the manager shaking their heads

  Messed up my order. I ordered online. Called, was told to bring the food back. Who does that?? Never heard of that. I had someone get it for me. I couldn't bring it back. They were rude talking over me. Being disrespectful. Won't be ordering here, again

  This subway is better than the one in Bloomfield! I'd give it a five if it wasn't for the bacon being to greasy. Other than that it's way better than Bloomfield's. It cleaner, the food tastes better, since it's more fresh, and they were faster at serving me and my husband food. It took them in ottumwa to make our sandwiches about 15 mins, while we had to wait 30mins to 1hr before getting the same sandwiches in Bloomfield!! Bloomfield's is dirty, the food is not fresh, they are deliberately slow, and very disrespectful. U don't tell a female wearing a swimsuit top to put a shirt over it or they will not service u! I've gone into other cafes and stores and never once was I ever told to put on a shirt over my swimsuit top or they wouldn't serve me ever in my life!!! This is the first time I've ever been told that!!!. My husband and I were going to the one in Bloomfield cuz it was closer to home but after being disrespected yesterday, we will not be going back to the one in Bloomfield.
