  ordered an online order for pick up. sandwich wasn’t toasted, wrapped sloppily so the contents of my sandwich fell out into the bag, the kid running the counter argued with me about missing items and what i ordered even after being shown the receipt. i’ve literally never ever had a problem with this location until now and im not impressed. i am a former subway assistant manager and i get things happen, but this was straight up ridiculous. i don’t like to argue with service staff because ive been there but this kid seriously treated me like i was speaking another language. he looked to be the only one on shift so perhaps staffing needs to be reevaluated. as well as professional practices as the music was blaring. i’m all for my favorite music, but that was not okay.

  Always to chatty, takes 20+ minutes for one sandwich, and refuses to make our sandwiches the way we ask. About to not give subway any service anywhere over this. She won’t shut up!!

  Did an online order. They gave me the correct sandwich with the correct ingredients on it but it was not toasted like I asked and they did not give me the two raspberry cheesecake cookies I ordered as well. Sandwich was good but make sure to check your order before you leave!

  I got a meatball sub. The girls were confused on what heat setting on the oven to put it at, but eventually figured it out. After 5 minutes of getting the sandwich I opened to up to eat it. My partner asked for a bite and the moment it hit her tounge she was screaming. It was INCREDIBLY hot, burned her taste buds off. I said she was being dramatic and tried it for myself. Scalding is an understatement. I put it on my lap with napkins to wait for it to cool down, and it genuinely burnt my leg, red marks all over. You may think i’m being dramatic but I assure you I am not; it was unnaturally hot. Just be careful, and I would advise them to go over the oven protocols to make sure this doesn’t happen again. 🤕
