  Ordered food for pick up, we walked in a few mins after our food was to be done. The guy working in there was sitting and hadn't started our food. Then when he made our food he toasted the footlongs together making both the grilled chicken footlong & steak footlong cold. Meat was ice cold on both sandwiches. Cheese not even melted. Very disappointed

  Extremely down hill and there is one employee that's always there when we go if we ask for extra stuff he seems to give less, also doesn't change his gloves as often as he should as well as squishing the sandwiches when he wraps them. Definitely wouldn't go here if it wasnt the closest one

  This location has went downhill since the change of owners happened. I will never come back to this location again. Needs to be more friendly with better customer service . Too many complaints to list. Different from night and day when compared to the grand Avenue subway in West Des Moines. About the exact same distance, so I will go there from now on. You will notice I put a five star review on that location about two years ago.
