  Placed an online order 30 minutes in advance so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. The app says my order was completed but when I walked in to pick up my order the employee Makenna told me they haven’t even started it yet. She had her other coworker doing everything (rowan) while sitting down doing absolutely nothing. when she finally did start our food she didn’t put gloves on and had an attitude. if i could give negative stars I would

  Subway as gone down hill especially when they are updating there how sauces are supposed to go on first instead of on top of the veggies save you're money and go to Jersey Mike's this subway still as great employees and the atmosphere is wonderful and the store is always clean

  Went and got a sandwich made. There was a new girl there very sweet, nice lady. The guy making my sandwich had an attitude and seemed very annoyed with how I wanted my sandwich made. As somebody who has worked in the food industry for years I found this very concerning. When telling him what veggies I wanted he just shock his head and rolled his eyes. If it wasnt for the great interaction I had with the young lady I would of given 1 star all the way. Kudos to the new person!!

  Food was crap, Ordered Online and came in at my pick up time and my Sandwiches were cold, I had also ordered 2 Double Chocolate Chip Cookies and one of which was hard and tasted stale, The other was perfectly fine. For being a Restaurant next to a highway they’d should know how to at least keep WARM and FRESH food.
