  Rn im 5 months and cannot have certain meats and today went in and explained to the worker who looked to be a teen boy about me being pregnant and asking to accommodate to were instead of the meat that comes on the meal deal Italian if I could sub it for ham and he said that’s unfortunate and refused to do it and tried to get me to pay $11 instead the $6.99 all because I wanted ham so I just decided to get the meal deal because all I had was $10 and had to take off the pepperoni and salami off my sandwich all because they wouldn’t accommodate to my needs. Very rude worker and terrible service.

  I ordered 3 sandwiches from this location and they were all wrong. One was completely wrong and none were toasted. When I called I was told I was wrong while I'm looking at the sandwich right in front of me. She said I'd have to return to the store to prove I was telling the truth. I have a broken foot and cannot drive and my 77 year old stepmother didn't want to drive back across town. If I could I would because apparently customer service is no longer available at this Subway. I suggest you go to the other one on Illinois. I tried to take a picture to show mine's not toasted, but I'm nit sure if you can tell. Maybe you can take my word for it since the manager at Subway wouldn't .

  My grandson ordered food for me to pick up. This is not a usual thing for me at subway so I walked in and said I'm here for a pickup order. The employee very rudely said "it's over there" in a tone that said "you're an idiot for not knowing that". I responded that I had no way of knowing that and she could have been more kind and then she just refused to make any more eye contact with me. I felt bad for her co-worker who just looked embarrassed. Up your game..
