I recently had a disappointing experience at Subway that really stood out for all the wrong reasons. From the moment I walked in, the overall vibe felt off. The atmosphere was dull and unwelcoming, with little energy from the staff and a general sense that customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority.
The customer service was especially frustrating. The employees seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged me when I approached the counter. Communication was minimal, and when I asked simple questions, I got short, unhelpful responses. It felt like they were rushing to get me out the door rather than making sure my order was right or that I had a good experience.
On top of that, the overall service was slow and disorganized. Despite there not being a long line, the process took much longer than expected. The staff didn’t appear to be working efficiently together, which added to the confusion and delay.
Overall, this visit left a bad impression. Between the poor customer service, low-energy atmosphere, and lack of organization, it’s not a place I’d be eager to return to anytime soon.
