  A friend sent a package from the Marshalltown Iowa UPS store to me in Georgia. At my request, she selected two-day delivery, which cost $63. The package did not arrive in 2 days; rather, it was 3 days. My friend called the UPS store and she believed she talked to the owner of the franchise. He refused to reimburse her even though a significant fee had been paid for 2-day delivery. He told her he believed the delivery address on the package was incorrect, and this was the reason for the delay. We were baffled as to why he would say that: the address on the package was correct; there was no issue other than UPS delivered the package a day late. So I reimbursed my friend the $63 but did not get what I paid for, which was 2-day shipping. So we will not use this UPS store in the future.

  Amulya was extremely helpful in returning a large multiple box order. He walked me through the correct procedure and helped lift and load large boxes. Very professional, kind, and helpful!
