  Takes electronic orders ahead of customers. Today 05/21/26 I stood in line for a half hour with 12 customers while 2 workers filled a large emailed order. This policy should be adjusted. Have at least one person serve waiting customers. Several of the 12 waiting left. Normally this was one of my favorite Manchester restaurants

  It took 30 minutes for me to get 2 subs with only 4 people ahead of me. Two people were working but only one on the food line. The other was in the back and then came out and worked on moving tables and cleaning the floor when it wasn't going to close for another 90 minutes.

  I paid for double protein double cheese jalapenos and got nothing this is one of the skinniest sandwiches I have ever seen I had to contact doordash for a refund. Whoever works here is not a good worker
