  First off, the service was phenomenal! Excellent! Two mature young ladies were incredibly polite, greeting me at the door with a genuine, heartfelt, "Sir," and holding it open for me. We shared some casual, genuine conversation. They got my order perfect. They were genuinely interested in me as a customer and a person—very respectful from start to finish. ​As a man who values respect, discipline, and a job well done, I don't give praise lightly—but these two hit the highest standard. ​I would travel back from California daily to get my sandwich here if I could. I love this location. God bless this location, its employees, and the owners. WOW! I was deeply impressed.

  I placed an order at this store. Immediately called to cancel it and the worker said he was new and doesn't know how. To call back tomorrow because his manager left the store I call back and she says she is also new and doesn't know how to work the system. That I need to contact corporate office. Then she provides me with the wrong number. I looked up the number myself and they say that the store should be the one to refund me my money. What's a bunch of stupidity.

  I dont like to leave this kind of review. The store is out of all drinks and over half of the fountain drinks. Didnt have provolone cheese or rotisserie chicken...the sandwich looked like stuff just thrown in there and the sauces were put on the bread before the ingredients. Just not the normal subway experience I am used to.
