I would love to give this store zero if not negative stars. My wife and I took her wedding bouquet to this UPS store 06/08 to ship to a company that preserves the flowers. We paid over $130 for 2-day shipping so we could ensure the flowers get there before they began to wilt. We were excited to have this keepsake from our wedding and were assured by the manager that the bouquet would be kept in a refrigerator until they were picked up by the currier. My wife messaged the florist we were working with on 06/11 to make sure they were received and still in good shape. On 06/12 (my wife’s birthday) we received a response and to our shock, they had not yet been delivered. After checking the tracking number provided on our receipt, it showed that the label had been created but had not yet left the store. We immediately drove back to the store on 06/12 to see if the flowers had still been sitting in the store and the employees could not find the package and there seemed to be very little urgency to find the package, a package containing flowers that were likely already wilted if not already dead. We were told the currier must have picked it up and lost track of it on their end, to call corporate, and that is was not their fault. We were sent along our way with paperwork and were told we’d be contacted later the same day or following morning after they’d check cameras… we did not ever receive a call back. I called the following day on 06/13 and they had told us they’d not yet checked cameras and the manager who’d lost said package told us he would call back had already left for the day. Only after calling in again did the owner look at the cameras and another employee was able to locate our flowers. The package had never been taped closed, there was no shipping label, and it was never refrigerated. Instead it was thrown into a corner, smashed under a number of other boxes and supplies, completely open. My wife’s bouquet and wedding keepsake had been ruined and beyond preservation. Something she will never get to have again. She was devastated and heartbroken and spent the remainder of her birthday in tears. We received a full refund for the two day shipping cost (only after the bouquet was located) but the damage had already been done and we could no longer preserve the flowers. It is beyond disappointing and infuriating the lack of communication and accountability from this store namely the manager who handled our package that was clearly important to us. It is eye opening to see the several other recent comments with a similar story. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE.
Never seem to be open before 11am.... Always get a receipt proving dropoff or Amazon will not refund your money. Terrible customer service .

I took some homemade items into the store on a Wednesday afternoon. Estimated date of delivery on my ticket was the next day. When it hadn’t arrived 2 days later, I tried to track it but kept getting the message that the number was invalid. Another day went by, same message. I called the store and learned that the items hadn’t gotten boxed up yet but would be on the truck that evening. The next day I tracked it again and the message read “label created “. It still had not been received. This is a holiday weekend so there won’t be delivery on Monday. A package that I was told would be there the next day now looks like it MAY get there in a week.

We set up the appointment online together for notary services. was rudely turned away and advised they don’t offer that service on Sat. The customer service handled the exchange poorly. She ( store worker) was unwilling to look at the appointment confirmation. Which could have been helpful. As an employee if there was any confusion looking at this confirmation could have helped cleared it up or let her know there are some system flaws OR helped us get what we needed . Instead she said she did not care to look at it and treated us in a very dismissive manner. She not only turned away a customer. She offered a very poor customer service experience escalating the issues. Initially a complaint was going to be made about the website now it’s going to include her. She could have easily made the situation better by apologizing for any inconvenience and saying she would notify someone of the system issue. We were also unclear if fee had already come out or not and left defeated because we felt we couldn’t ask more questions. We emailed the store , they did clarify no fee was charged but resorted to name calling. and told us we were harassing them. ???
They are either discriminatory or overall don’t care about their customers. Whichever it is both are highly inappropriate. It’s very unfortunate and I will be filing a formal complaint and will forward the emails and appointment confirmation. 0/5 stars
0 starts. I had an online scheduled appointment today for notary services. I walked in told the lady why I was there. She advised they don’t do those services. I attempted to show her my appointment confirmation and she told me she did not care. I asked to speak with a manager (to complaint about miss leading online appointment scheduling do they could correct it) she refused.also would not give me a phone number or take my information. When I asked to get her name she also refused. I emailed the store to express my frustration and advise them of her poor attitude to which their response was EVEN worse than her behavior. They state I never made appointments despite sending images of confirmation and decided name calling was appropriate. I have filed a formal complaint to cooperate and included their email responses. Cooperate offered me an apology and agreed they are behaving poorly. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They clearly have no problem abusing their customer who were never rude to them.
