  You'd think the new Iphone came out because there are huge lines here, and I always end up waiting forever. I notice alot of people walk out and can't wait any longer. Doesn’t matter what day or time you go, it is always crowded, and it seems like they never have enough people working. People have stuff they need to do, it's ridiculous to have to wait so long.

  In February, I paid a substantial amount to get a large package overnight shipped. The store forgot to include my package on the truck and the shipment was delayed 2 days. When I called to ask about it, they told me I would get a refund. The refund never came through. I’ve called and emailed the store several times since but I have never received a response, a call back, and no one picks up the phone. I have also visited the store on multiple occasions and the staff always claims they can’t do anything and they have to reach out to their management. Based off the reply from this review, I emailed the store (I had already emailed the store 3 months ago). I have since emailed twice more and still have not received a reply. Beyond frustrating.

  On multiple occasions the store isn't open in the morning hours as advertised. Like until 10-11 AM on weekdays.

  The store is supposed to open at 9:00 a.m. and oftentimes, the man that opens it, sleeps in. This is the second time in the last 30 days this has happened. I generally show up around 9:30 to use their service and it is disappointing to see that it is not opened.
