My husband and I stopped in for supper this evening, as we are new to town and were just cruising around to see what Iowa Falls has to offer. I sent my husband a text message of what I wanted, as I had to stay in the vehicle with our son who is not feeling well, and he read off what I wrote as he created my sandwich. This wouldn't usually be an issue that I didn't mention I wanted my flatbread sandwich toasted, as every other Subway you visit will tell you that it is a requirement for any flatbread sandwich, but not this one. So my husband returns with our sandwiches. I open mine and find my sandwich was not toasted and stated exactly what I just did about toasting flatbread sandwiches, then I took my first bite and asked him if he forgot to say tomatoes. He looked at me and said no he specifically remembers saying tomatoes, as he told the gal 2 veggie toppings at a time. Well, then he goes on to tell me that she was loterally the worst individual to have to deal with as her customer service consists of not acknowledging the customer and makes one feel as if they are talking to a wall. With that said, we will never return to this location and we will make sure to inform all our friends that they need to avoid the Subway in Iowa Falls at all costs. This is very disappointing, as I said, we are new to town and will be officially living in Iowa Falls by the end of May and already we have found the most horrible excuse for a restaurant. I will be happy if I don't find any other food location in this town that is able to top this terrible experience. What a disappointing way to end one's evening.
