    I have always found everyone at the UPS Store Very helpful and engagingly so. But I must say that a few days ago Wyn helped me prepare a return that they couldn't even process as it was FedEx only. I'd say that is Over and Above service!! Thank You Wyn!!!

    I stopped in today at 3pm to drop off a package and the store was closed due to weather???? Yes, there was a tornado watch for most of Eastern Iowa but nothing on radar in the Iowa City area. It's bad enough that they closed the store near Coral Ridge Mall but now after driving all the way across town I find the store closed in the middle of the afternoon. Not cool

    This store is closed for a week or so. I walked in and some guys working in the lobby said they were closed all week. I guess they didn't bother to update any hours online so people coming would know in advance.
