all i have to say is gross! i love subway but this location was horrible. i got a toasted steak and cheese sub. the sub was not toasted. meat was still cold. the inside was SWARMING with flies. EVERYWHERE. their app says they are closed. online says they are closed so i couldn’t order online, had to go in and that sucked because who wants to stand in a line while swatting flies away from your face constantly. i was starving so i just got my sub and left. i also got a raspberry tea that tasted like water with a hint of raz. you want to know the worst part??? THERE WAS A FLY IN MY SUB!! i ate the first half of it, looked in it (knowing there was flies everywhere) i didn’t see anything.. looked in the other half of my sub. OMG! yuck i wanted to puke. there was a fly IN MY FOOD😭

I think their oven is no longer cooking food. every time I get food from this location now the meat is always cold, cheese isn't melted, they should get it checked out before it doesn't cook food and makes someone sick.

Tried to go to Subway at 9:14 pm tonight and the doors were locked lights off closed. There were employees inside. Subway doesn’t close till 10pm. Management needs to do better this is an ongoing issue. I like to grab a sandwich on the way home from work at night but won’t be trying to stop at Hampton Subway anymore🤦♀️

Kasey was amazing! Super friendly, patient, and had a great attitude the whole time. He made my sandwich exactly how I asked and didn’t rush me at all. The place was clean, service was fast, and he really made the experience better. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Subway. Give him a raise! 🙌
