This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway. Not only was the customer service terrible, but they also forgot a significant portion of our order. Picked up the food, and was treated with a complete lack of respect by the staff.
Everyone makes mistakes, and I could have overlooked an item being missed if the employees had been courteous and professional. Instead, we ended up with both poor service and an incomplete order.
When customers are paying for food, they should at least be treated politely and receive what they ordered. Unfortunately, this location failed on both counts. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
