    A family member had a package just magically disappear here right in the store before it even shipped out. The employees were not helpful. . DO NOT do business here. The tracking number showed the package never left the store . Magically the surveillance footage was not saved. Last excuse was it was thrown out with the recycling bin or the label fell off and it disappeared , nothing but excuses. Don't trust your valuable packages here folks. I'll never ever use this store again. Zero trust . It deserves 0 stars . UPS corporate should be ashamed of having anything to do with this place.

    Lady was impolite and did not smile once. I understand she doesn’t have to smile if she doesn’t want to, but as someone who also works in customer service, part of your job is to be welcoming to the customers. A friendly face can go a long way in a customers experience. Seemed exasperated that I was there and was kind of rude. Will be going somewhere else next time. Maybe she was having a rough day, but I’ve had similar experiences with this same exact woman in the past.

    Wow! I understand the frustration when there is a line, but the customer service from lead/manager by shouting out from behind the counter that the self-service kiosk isn’t working doesn’t exactly display ‘customer service’. Had they acknowledged that there was a glare, so the red line on the screen was unable to be seen from the door or simply placed a sign that says ‘out of order’ would have been met with appreciation versus the Monday morning scolding. Also, this same person was training a new employee…eek. Should have heard THAT condescending training; No one deserves to be treated less than. Let’s be better, yes?

    Running a business. We always used to get our packages AM anymore. It just received some packages Friday after 5 o'clock. just keeps getting worse and worse and worse. I call the number the drivers give me they just let it ring nobody answer.

    I WENT INTO THE UPS STORE TODAY ON 3/10/2026 TO DO A RETURN.THE MACY'S REPRESENTATIVE THAT I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE HANDLED MY CONCERN VERY WELL & WAS VERY HELPFUL! SO AS IM IN MY EMAIL TRYING TO SEND THE EMAIL TO theupsstorsstore.com. THE MANAGER TRACY WASN'T TRYING TO ASSIST ME AT ALL! I MENTIONED A COUPLE OF TIMES THAT I WAS HAVING TROUBLE & SHE TOTALLY IGNORED ME! THEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY WAS STANDING NEARBY NAME JASMINE & I ASKED HER & SHE HELPED ME THOROUGHLY & I TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED & I ASKED HER THE LADIES NAME & SHE TOLD ME.
