  I understand that with low paying jobs, the staff isn’t always going to be able to speak English. But that doesn’t mean that they have to be rude. The staff here has a very stand off-ish attitude towards to-go pickups and other customers as well. It is not a very welcoming environment.

  I ordered a doordash about 30 mins ago, I asked for a cold spicy Italian with double protein and cheese, salt pepper, and pickles. Not only did they toast my sandwich, they dumped an insane amount of salt to the point of my sandwich being inedible, I called to complain, and they told me to call back later theyre busy. Terrible customer service. Especially as a assistant manager from another store in the area.

  Can you PLEASE hire people to help customers that are able to speak English and can talk louder than a whisper so they can be heard properly without having to constantly saying pardon me so I know what they are saying.

  Husband stopped to get sandwiches. Bread was so stale but he had asked for a wrap. No sauce on my sandwich. NEVER again will we stop here.
