I arrived. No one was in line. I stood there for over 10 minutes while three employees behind the counter worked making sandwiches, which I assume were phoned in or texted in ahead of me. At first I understood that and tried to be patient. Two of the three noticed me and kind of looked at me as if to say we know will be there in a moment. When one finally did ask me what I wanted. I said you have a live customer in front of you and nobody said a thing to me for way too long.
I'm pretty certain that two of the three are almost brand new employees. When the one whom I tagged as the veteran employee finished making her last sandwich, she wiped her hands and walked away into another room. Customer service is not Paramount here.
Now let's get to the sandwiches. I ordered two 6-in ones to go. Both were tasteless. I'd asked them to lather it up with Mayo which unabashedly admit is the way I order my subways. They did lather it on but it didn't help. I don't know what the problem is really. They didn't taste bad but they sure didn't have any zing to them.
I felt sorry for the newer employees.
I will never returned to this location and likely will be skipping subways everywhere for a while. That's how disastrous such an experience could be to potential customers. I'm not a whiner but if I were the owner of this location I would be sorely disappointed, perhaps it was his or her that failed to adequately train the staff.

1 worker when arrived to pick up online order. 6 customers in line. Finally another worker came from the back. Wrap was not wrapped it was thrown together. Sandwich wasnt much better.

Went to eat at 11am, they had no bread ready. The tables and floors were disgusting. Went to get pepsi out of the fountain and it was empty. Tried Dr pepper next. Also empty. They've only been open for 2 hours.

Placed an order online just to have it default here for no reason over an hour away, would have been fine if i could call and cancel the order but no their phone number automatically goes to voicemail which they don’t even have set up, tried calling back several times over 15 minutes and didn’t get through once. What’s the point of having a business and not being able to call to have them assist you.
