  They dropped Coke products. You can't get tap water. You have to buy a bottle for water. You have to go to the counter for a key to the restroom.

  On July 20, 2026 I went into the shop and it was a heavy set Caucasian lady with her hair in a bun who made my sandwiches. She just threw them together and was being very unclean and unsanitary , Asked her to remake my kids sandwich and she said what was wrong with it !!As soon as she did that I went ahead and walked away. The sandwich was slop over and just put together. It was no professionalism or anything., I thought personally the customer was always right, but apparently we’re not. I would never bless this sandwich shop on Ingersoll ever again that is the third time they don’t pull some nasty and unclean and unsanitary stuff like this. I try to give it a chance because everybody deserves at least a second or third chance, Needs to hire new workers especially the girl from Huxley, Iowa was disgusting, especially with her hands and especially how she made the sandwich yesterday she had a glob of mustard, have the nerves to scrape it off and would not remake the sandwich after the bread was damaged

  Sandwiches were good and clean space but we ordered two cookies and their was a long gray hair in them. Went back and she apologized and got us fresh ones.

  The food was cold when it got here. My roommate orders her sandwich with baja sauce and no onions but she got onions and no baja sauce.
