    The lady working tonight was nice and seemed overwhelmed which makes sense as she was alone and in food service (speaking as someone who’s worked in restaurants from fast food to fine dining for 13 years) there should ALWAYS be two people in the store. I’ve had a few issues with this location in the past but this was the final straw. I ordered half an hour ahead and still had to wait an extra 10 minutes. My “box” of 6 cookies were half cooked (very doughy), smushed and shoved in a bag, and 3 sandwiches uncut and cold, can’t even tell if they’re toasted, not to mention 2 outta 3 had a couple of wrong or missing ingredients. The Army Post location is just a few minutes away and was much better quality than this. Sad thing is the place didn’t even seem busy or that it just got done with a lunch rush so I don’t understand why things weren’t done properly.

    I went to the subway on fleur down from the airport and the Michelle working behind the counter was super friendly and very fast. She did a great job

    Overpriced and no longer worth the price. Will be going somewhere else to spend $40. This place is a joke and management needs to be looked into by corporate

    What’s the point of having a reward system if you don’t even participate in them. Other locations offer better service and product. Not to mention the app had an issue charged me for the order then they never received it. The lady working didn’t seem to care to help so I’ll be waiting to get that money back and will go somewhere else for lunch. Didn’t even look like she wanted to be there. Attitude for even attempting to talk with her. Whoever runs this place needs to be in here themselves when you have staff like that. Will never be returning here. Avoid at all possible
