  Signing up was a breeze they were very kind. However after a few months, they're representatives were rude to my father and I. Professionalism matters and they had 0!!! Please choose a different office, insurance specialists on Euclid Ave are awesome!

  My agent Matthew with Allstate has satisfied me in all my need from an auto policy to combining my home and auto as a guy in my 20’s insurance was never cheap and I made the switch and got an excellent offer on insurance highly recommended

  The most incompetent agent I’ve ever worked with before. I’ve had good success with Allstate, but unfortunately this specific agent seems aloof and clueless to any and all inquiries. Licensure should be suspended until he learns the laws and is able to make competent explanation of the policy he wrote instead of assuming and providing inaccurate information and causing his customers financial loss.I already have had an attorney contact him and have had no response.
