  Very unprofessional as i was sitting and wating qnd the work did not care i was there just help other coustmers besides me and kept telling me that a serivce was unavialbe wasted my time.

  Came on trying to copy something from my email, and had the most trouble to could think of. If it wasn't for the young lady working today, that went out her way to help me figure out how to do this. I probably would of gave up. Big shout out to Nina for all the help.
