  The truth is that the first time I went, I was attended by a Hispanic boy he was bilingual I think with a Cuban accent, he is very friendly and gives an excellent service, HE EXPLAINS VERY WELL HOW THE LINES AND SHOPPING WORK! On the other hand, the manager, an American who attended me today, had a terrible attitude, apart from the fact that she was wrong, she overcharged me, she didn't give me solutions, she was very rude!! I would not recommend this place if the one who is attending is the manager!! TERRIBLE SERVICE La verdad que la primera vez que fui ,me atendió un chico hispano el era bilingüe creo que de acento cubano ,el es muy amable y da un excelente servicio ,EL TE EXPLICA MUY BIEN CÓMO FUNCIONA LAS LÍNEAS Y LAS COMPRAS ! En cambio ,la gerente una americana que me atendió hoy día , tuvo una pésima actitud ,aparte que se equivocó me cobró de más no me dio soluciones , se portó muy grosera !! Yo no recomendaría este lugar si la que está atendiendo es la manager !! PÉSIMO SERVICIO

  The worker there was extremely rude for some reason to us.. while she was laughing and talking with other Spanish customers She didn’t talk much with us, about the phone I was trying to buy She didn’t even told us which color phone the store had currently or even which phone 13 14 ? I was there for phone 13 pro max she just grabbed one iPhone 14 white color and was ready to kick us out without giving us much options Her tone was rude too. The address 1215 6th Ave, Des Moines, IA 50314 Never go to this store

  I had been experiencing problems for five months and I took my phone to cricket And Rodrigo at Cricket fixed my phone within minutes he is the greatest!!👍 thank you Rodrigo!! 😉
