  The gentleman that was helping me was very friendly and sympathetic to my gift card not working with their system. I verified the gift card had money on the account however, I’m guessing it was the supervisor who said yeah those birthday gift cards don’t hardly ever work. So this is apparently an ongoing issue with these gift cards and the store and order subway has not made appropriate accommodations to correct the issue. Meanwhile, I had to pay for it another way. While eating, I jumped on the website and was able to go into the order place the exact same order and could have submitted it so I asked if I could get a refund and submit it through the website for payment and then of course just not remake the food and I was told they don’t know how to do refunds there at the store. Again, the gentleman was very kind. No one was necessarily rude by any means, but it’s the sheer fact that this is apparently an ongoing problem and multiple customers must be experiencing it, and the owner of this franchise and or subway corporate is not taking the steps necessary to correct it.. I asked if it could be entered manually and they weren’t aware of a way to do it and I offered after the fact to submit it through the website and just give me a refund on what I paid so that I could use the gift card and that wasn’t an option either. Do not come to this location at all for gift cards as it appears they may not work and you will be paying again in addition to the gift card. You are a loved one bought for you will either go to waste or hopefully just maybe you can use it at a different subway or just know you have to go online every time and purchasing in store will just not be an option?

  honestly really disappointing that they send out coupons in the mail, but when you go to use them this store only allows you to use them for turkey, ham, or veggie sandwiches despite the coupon saying you can use it on almost any(excludes wraps and 5 meat Italians). had to go lunchless today because i only had enough money for the coupon.

  Great experience all around. Middle aged man working alone was friendly and made a good sandwich. Better than any other subway I’ve been to.
