  I bought 5 footlongs and nobody liked it. Terrible sandwiches. The workers were awesome.

  Their subs have not only gotten a lot smaller in size, but quality has gone downhill. Not only was my sub bread smashed flat, but it was chewy and only 2" wide. Definitely not fresh. The fillings for the sub only filled half of the sub bread, and made like they didn't care about quality. It was drenched in the ranch so much that it was about all you can taste. Not first issue I have had with their subs, but it is my last. I can go get subs somewhere else where the quality isn't so bad.

  In 3 of my last visits, I was not served 2 times. One of the times, I go in at 8:15pm and they close at 9pm. When I go in there, there is a lady cleaning and she tells me that her system is down and she can’t serve me. The other time I went in, I waited in the restaurant for at least 5 minutes, ringing the doorbell multiple times trying to get someone to come out from the back where I can hear them talking and choosing not to serve us. The other time I went in and did get served, I was over charged by about $8. Terrible service and atmosphere. 0/10 would not recommend. I’m surprised they are still in business.

  worst sub i’ve ever had in my life by far. soggy,undercooked, they put it in the oven and my bread was put in the oven and i guess the oven must’ve been broke because it did not work at all
