Placed an order online through the app said it would be ready at 12:35. Came in at 12:40 to pick it up and they said they had not received it. Showed my proof of purchase and the proof that I ordered it at that location. I had my phone ripped of my hand and was told there was nothing they could do. I proceeded to ask for a number I could call and was told I’d have to call my bank to get my money back. I was told by a second employee that “they don’t use those apps” if you are not going to take app orders then don’t allow me to order.

Food always fresh, employees are great, and they listen and ive never had a problem and my order has never been nothing but what I wanted!!! Highly recommend!!!
