  Thank you to Laura for helping me print items for my daughter’s wedding. She had great suggestions. The fans turned out perfect. And on another visit she was most helpful with shipping large items for an older friend of mine.

  Courtney was there all by herself today and it seemed like everyone had a need or want all at the same time. The line was in the door, literally annnnd the phones was ringing non stop. She greeted everyone, apologized for the wait, answered every call, and not once lacked in professionalism to the customer in front of her. She deserves a raise or have two at all times. I still say a raise😁. I purposely waited to be the last person, because I wanted her to breathe. She helped me but I have to return tomorrow to see if my package is being held there. Team Courtney (my apologies if I misspelled your name) - Patience 😂

  I went to this FedEx location with my husband to ship some equipment for his company. Unfortunately, this was the first time we've had a negative experience here. When we walked in, the employee named Dustin was unfriendly and never greeted us. The biggest issue, however, was that he refused to provide us with a shipping box for some expensive work equipment. We weren't asking for a free box—we specifically said we were happy to pay for one. My husband's company has a FedEx business account and ships equipment through FedEx locations across the country, and we've never run into this issue before. Thankfully, Rosa completely turned the experience around. She was professional, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. We truly appreciate her assistance.
