  Came in wanting a price quote for packing and shipping a taxidermy fish. While waiting i watched the guy working the right side take 3 packages from 3 differant people and just carelessly THROW them in the bins behind him. When i got to the counter The first guy helping me (after asking him three times to be careful with the sharp edge of the tape measure) kept scraping it across the scales of the fish. Then he grabbed a fin and started flexing it back and forth. I told him its fragile dont do that and he got an attitude. The second guy came over and first thing he did was grab the fin and start flexing it. I got a bit mad at this point and asked both of them how stupid are you to handle something like this so rough. Left mad and will never recommemd this store or have ups ship anything for me from this store.

  Super friendly and fast service by Mukesh! I frequent this location. Best UPS Store I’ve been in. Great customer service!!

  I have yet to have a good experience at this store. Regardless of the day of the week or time of day, the employees act as if they can't be bothered to be of assistance &/or seem clueless about processes or questions asked of them. I live out of town & this is the closest UPS Store to my home; frustrated with each visit. Looks like I'm going to need to drive further to get a better experience because it certainly isn't happening here.

  If you can return at Kohl’s for Amazon do it! This UPS store will refuse an Amazon return if it’s not in a box even when Amazon’s instructions specifically says you don’t need a box for returns.
