  Rude, grouchy employees. I specifically greet them with a “hello!” Or “how are you today?” Often with no response back. I will say they are fast and efficient but c’mon, smile a little.

  Today I sent my 73 year old 5'1" wife in to return a cracked tri-view medicine cab to Amazon. The medicine cabinet was heavy, way to much for my wife. So she asked the man behind the counter if he would take it out of her car. He said "No, he could be hit by a car". He told her she could use the two wheeled card. It was too heavy for her even to lift it out of the back of the car. So I told her to tell the man if he wouldn't take it out of the car, I would send a bad review to Google, stop using this store, and send a complaint letter to the owner. He repeated "I might be hit by a car", and refused. What ever happened to customer service?

  We have returned things here several times and have never had a problem. Polite staff, line moves quickly as long as people are prepared to do their return.
