  In the past, I've considered this location to be a 4 star. But this time around the so-called "sandwich artist" was so busy talking to her boyfriend on the phone, that making sandwiches was just her secondary concern. Two sandwiches (ordered online)... both with the wrong bread, not toasted as ordered, and one sandwich was missing ingredients. Truth is, there is no reason to purchase "made to order" sandwiches when they see your business as unimportant. Adding insult to injury, I left a tip (online). You are better off going elsewhere until they can get thier employees to do their jobs.

  waited at least 20 minutes for my sub. Several people in line in front of me, which I understand it’s lunch hour however, all of the employees were not helpful to me or to each other, just had basically only one person doing the work when there was three employees. By the time I got my toasted sub, it was cold to eat.
