  if i could give them a negative stars i would !! family member went in and they were really rude to them. after that another costumer came in the employee said they were gonna get the person next because they were their first . but my family member didn't see nobody there for 15 min of them waiting to go next .

  Waited 12 minutes to update monthly phone pmt. Left without any customer interaction or service. The cashier/tech never looked up or greeted me. HOW RUDE! What a waste of my time!

  I made a purchase in this store, the employee ingrid is really friendly. She helped me with my new service, has very good prices 👌. Explained everything very well she is very polite and i had a very good experience.

  Cricket Wireless, Not Good w/Business. Totally messed up on, prepay/set at time of purchases and then tried taking it off 1 day before, set date, of the 1st of month. Cost's $15 EXTRA every month since I bought it!!
