  You get text and emails and you can go to Subway's web site and it will say $6.99 foot long but they won't honor at this store. It is sad Subway has franchises. Because the franchise that has the Clear Lake and Mason City stores loves the Subway name but doesn't want to offer what every other Subway offers a sub at 6.99 no they want tou to pay 13.99

  While traveling, we ordered our food online and was confirmed at 5:39. App said our food would be ready at 5:55. We got there at 6. Walked out with our food at 6:20. Every customer that came in the store, maybe 8-10, got their sandwiches made before they even started our order, which was hanging from the food line the whole time we waited. Don't use their restroom...gross!

  Recently came here for dinner. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was fresh, good and tasted great. Restroom which is used also with other "shopping mall" tenants, was very gross and dirty however. Recommended for sure as Subway is good food in general

  I hesitate to leave bad reviews but hope to help them make necessary changes. Food was fine—classic subway. However the service and the wait time was atrocious. The workers very clearly did not want to be there and did not care to be remotely helpful. The manager did a good job of smiling through the busyness, but given our 20 minute wait, that wasn’t quite enough. It’s far enough from the freeway that we probably won’t go out of our way again to stop.
