  I use the Williams Blvd UPS store often and I am called by name when I visit, I have had shipping issues no fault of the store or workers but they whenever needed go above and beyond to help however they can, and if I receive an order I'm not happy with, they make sure it's shipped back out with no hesitation, they have a great team and I will continue to ship/receive with that location. Thank all of y'all for making Me feel welcomed.

  So I’m already late. It’s about 5 minutes till 7pm (closing time) and not only did I forgot my notebook with all 3 address written down ready to go I did not have labels premade & I walk in thinking they are going to say “go home” & literally I’m welcomed in with a smile, asked if I need help & stayed way past closing helping me get the labels made & got me the BEST pricing. I will always & forever continue to use THIS UPS store & you should too! Maria & Cades (sorry if I misspelled names) but you 2 made my whole day & definitely deserve a raise or just genuinely shown some extra kudos because it’s woman like you 2, who make the world just better!! Outstanding service 10 out of freaking 10!!
