  Honestly these folks were life savers. Rye and Dillon (probably spelled these wrong sorry you guys) are the absolute best. Long story short we had to ship almost an entire apartment on the fly. Rye so so Incredibly helpful over the phone and Dillon got us in and out so fast. I was expecting it to be a total pain but they made it so easy and were werehelpful and reassuring thank you to the both of you

  The clerk who helped me. Her name was Ri. She was so kind and helpful even though I came in just as the store was closing. There was no guilt trip or pressure to rush. She needs a raise! She also was efficient and accurate!

  This is actually a good store! It is just a walk in and walk out for returns. I had to return an Amazon item here because it was the wrong item so I had it in the original box had the paper there with it and they asked if I wanted a receipt and that was it. Super fast and easy. The main reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the employees didn’t look too happy to be there at all. Overall great place to ship things anywhere.

  Will never be back to this UPS location. They charge $5 at the owners discretion for printing a shipping label. I say discretion because other locations do not charge for labels, this was a pre packed and pre paid package. Library charges .10 cents per print.

  DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!!! $5.00 "printing fee" for a PRE-PAID SHIPPING label!!! Mind you i already packed the box myself and already paid online through UPS to ship this item. $5.00 ???? You're out of your mind. The other location doesn't charge for a measley label. Owner is cheap...!!!! What else is he cheaping out on? I'll stick to the west side location to ship my items. !!!
