  Went to place an order online around 630ish pm on 05/10/2026 and it said the site couldn't be reached. Decided to use the app, placed the order, and then when I went to checkout I could not figure out how to enter a gift card to pay. This lead me to decide to just go ahead and go to the store and just do the "old school" thing by placing my order, stand in line and then use the gift card in store. Arrived at the store around 7ish pm and guess what... Yep they had the doors locked....CLOSED....with an employee sitting at a table eating!?? Google says they are opened until 9pm and so does their site.

  Apparently they just randomly decide to close down 30-60 min early? Walked in whike the doors were still unlocked more than 30 minutes before their posted store hours and we were told they were closed. Hours don't say so and the doors were unlocked. What do you mean?

  Showed up and no one was there, door unlocked, etc. Guess I'll go somewhere else.

  Literally closed an hour early for an elleged emergency, but didn't close their app for orders if so could give a worse review I would.
