  Didn’t listen to the requests, cold sandwiches when requested toasted, didn’t have order ready for pickup when said it was supposed to be done, didn’t wrap it correctly and was falling out of the wrapper and no sticker to hold wrap.

  Went to place an order online around 630ish pm on 05/10/2026 and it said the site couldn't be reached. Decided to use the app, placed the order, and then when I went to checkout I could not figure out how to enter a gift card to pay. This lead me to decide to just go ahead and go to the store and just do the "old school" thing by placing my order, stand in line and then use the gift card in store. Arrived at the store around 7ish pm and guess what... Yep they had the doors locked....CLOSED....with an employee sitting at a table eating!?? Google says they are opened until 9pm and so does their site.
