Very disappointed with our experience at Subway. We placed an online order and specifically requested no onions on one of the sandwiches, but the order was made incorrectly. The sandwiches were poorly put together, not cut properly, and looked rushed.
The employee seemed to have a bad attitude throughout the interaction and was rude when we politely asked about the items that were missing from our order. Several items we paid for were forgotten, and instead of helping resolve the issue, we were met with unnecessary attitude.
We understand being short-staffed/ being the only one working can be stressful, but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service or inaccurate orders. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not what we expected.
I go to this subway often and usually don’t have issues but the last few times I’ve went the employees didn’t know what a salad/protein bowl was, when I ordered a protein bowl they made me a salad and charged me full price. This happens multiple times, and some of the workers seem to be newer or unsure of what subway does sell

Disgusting and over priced and don't take children in there if they are restless.
It takes a while to get a sandwich ??....
Hankering for a footlong spicy Italian....kid prepared it good n I order quite a tedious sandwhich.

Slow, trash food. Bread harder than rock, service sucks.
