  Package needed a signature so I've been sitting at home waiting for my package. I saw the fedex truck pull up on the street. He walked up, never attempted to ring the door bell or knock but left a slip saying no one was there to receive the package on my garage.

  My package has been at this facility for a week with no updates. I opened a ticket and I still have not gotten any updates. I was given the run around by the AI bot. I had to contact the company I ordered from and now I am worried about the same thing happening again. If your package gets sent to this facility, good luck trying to get it.

  I had a great experience at the FedEx Ship Center in Cedar Rapids. This is a huge facility, and you can immediately see how much work goes into keeping everything running smoothly. The scale of operations here is impressive, but what stood out the most was the team. There are so many hardworking people behind the scenes, all moving quickly and efficiently to make sure packages are processed and delivered on time. You can really appreciate the effort and coordination it takes when you see the constant activity and dedication from the staff. Despite the busy environment, the employees I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and professional. They took the time to answer questions and made the shipping process easy and stress-free. It’s clear that this location plays a major role in handling logistics for the area, and the commitment of the team does not go unnoticed. Big thanks to everyone working there for their hard work and dedication—keeping things moving every single day!

  Got here but to truck area at 7.45am called telecom 2times no reply Went to parking walked to customer door says opens at 8.30am waited till 8.27 walked up still closed. Drove back to truck gate buzzed on telecom again 5times few mins later when I was about to leave the answered and said they already went to deliver my load because no one showed showed up, and I drove here 60miles just for their shift not to work properly and get me to waste my log and day could of just waited and got better stuff. They need to fix their stuff and get cameras in order if they cant here should atleast see someone is here damn it.
