  I take that these people don’t like to do their jobs. Wanted to switch from UPS to FedEx but I don’t see that happening with the problem they caused me. Now I know why everyone goes to UPS for their needs.

  Good luck trying to talk to a person. And when you finally do get through to someone they’re no help at getting your package delivered on time. The package should have been here hours ago and is needed for medical reasons. This is a huge inconvenience for multiple parties. All the person I spoke with could do was leave the driver “a message” but he wasn’t even able to track the driver and see where they’re at. Yet they can supposedly track all these packages…
