  Shipped artwork, improperly packed by FedEx, dragging their feet on restitution, claim center calls are taken by first name only people who won't say which country they're located in, physical outlet store in Cedar Rapids staff said there's nothing they can do to help resolve the issue. In other words, no accountability, worthless

  I'm a regular here and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always kind and helpful. I would recommend getting passport photos elsewhere, though, as I was told my photo had too many shadows on the face when I went to submit my renewal. The photo area is parallel to the big window, which can leave half the face pretty shaded, depending on the light outside.
