  I really can't stand when companies use FEDEX. Everytime I deal with them I just get so frustrated. I don't understand why they can't take an ID from the Iowa State DOT APP off my phone. Send me a barcode to my phone to scan. I don't like people capturing my ID information for a package I bought and was sent to me. Customers need to have the right for privacy as well. I had to leave the location, drive to my other vehicle to grab the physical ID. I am never going to buy from someone who uses FEDEX again. I can't stand this company.

  Me And multiple customers felt uncomfortable. There was a young girl with short hair and then an African-American woman in the back, pulling the tape part, throwing the packages and just being very erratic when I went up in Line the young girl looked at me like she was scared with big guys. Somebody has to check that old lady and retrain her.

  I’ve only had good experiences at this FedEx location! Whether I’m printing or shipping something, everyone who has helped me has been so kind and helpful.
