  Showers wouldn't drain, exhaust fan hanging from ceiling, rooms clearly not cleaned well as we found someone else's room key on ground, they do not clean rooms daily, hotel and rooms smell very musty, very outdated hotel. Paid $300 a night, absolutely NOT worth ot for this hotel!!!

  Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast. The area is about a mile or so from the ballpark so thats a plus but there is a gentleman's club across the street. Overall it was a great stay and the shuttle to and from the CWS games was great. I'd recommend to friends and family for a nice hotel close to the action but on a budget.

  This location is located near a gentlemen's should be club and makes the area feel a little sketchy. When you walk in, A stronghold smell hit's your nose. The hotel itself didn't seem very clean but our room was fine. Unfortunately we had half pillows and for a party of four we were only given 4. We were not given any linens or pillows for the pull out couch. My husband went to ask for sheets and extra pillows and we were given two blankets and were told to use the couch pillows. I've stayed in several Best Westerns and this was one of the worst. The hot breakfast was extremely minimal and the floors in the elevator were duct taped.... And not recently, it looked like patchwork somebody tried to do to avoid spending money. Our shower didn't drain and the curtain had mold on it ....... Thankfully we were only stopping for a night, And I honestly would have said something but going off of the response we got from asking for pillows and sheets, we honestly felt that we would just be dismissed. This experience allowed us to check a different option in the hotel industry and this may be one of our last stays at a Best Western. Our booking experience, however, was amazing and I only wish that the stay could have been equal to that.

  I want to give a big shout out to Annette! I made a mistake and almost lost our rooms, she went above and beyond what anyone in her position should have to do to help me out!! Thank you, you are the best!
