  Dined in for two people, literally waited 30 minutes for two 6 pc combo meals. Building is ice cold. Food finally came out. Temp of food was luke warm and not fresh. Worker at register was mumbling and couldn't understand a word that came from his mouth. This place blows.

  Was given the wrong order after waiting several minutes past my scheduled pick up time. Then when I brought it back and received the bag with my name on it my classic wings were boneless

  Power briefly went out on 7/21 and their fryers went down and were unable to make the order. Understandable, things happen, but a week and a half later I've received neither a refund nor a phone call, even after following up on 7/28. Staff were nice and apologetic when explaining the situation, and during my follow up call, but seems like upper/district management is unresponsive.

  After dealing with Door dash about my order being messed up they didn't want to help and sent me back to Wingstop to talk to them let me just say the staff was amazing about my situation and the manager didn't hesitate to help and re make my order mind you I had been battling against door dash since Sunday when I had my order and today Wed I was able to come into Wingstop and speak to them and again they were just amazing with no hesitation the manager Caleb said let's re make the order. Honestly I was very thankful cause a lot of places just send you back to door dash even though door dash sometimes just sucks. This Wingstop along with the staff and manager Caleb made my day... Thank you and your staff for being amazing
