I am writing to report an incident that occurred during my visit to your Subway location this afternoon. The service I received was both unprofessional and concerning from a food-safety standpoint.
While preparing my sandwich, the employee asked which vegetables and condiments I wanted. After I told him I would like a small amount of mayo at the end, he removed the vegetables he had already placed on my sandwich and set them directly on the counter. After adding more mayo, he proceeded to put those same vegetables—now contaminated from the counter—back onto my sandwich. This was extremely unsanitary and made me uncomfortable eating the food I had ordered.
Additionally, when I paid for my meal, the employee tossed my change toward me instead of placing it in my hand, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
I am bringing this to your attention so the issue can be addressed, as this experience does not reflect the standards I expect from Subway. I hope appropriate training or corrective action can be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

Went in to grab a bite to eat. I was only one. Waited 5 min. With no help. Someone mopping looked over back wall to see me standing there she then just continued to mop with no words or maybe stopping to take my order. I will never go there again. Very poor service.

It was terrible and I'm so sad! The bread was burned and the sandwiches were terrible tasting... never again getting chicken breast!! Gag.
