While it’s convenient to have a local Subway in town, my experiences here have been disappointing. The store is often not as clean as it should be, and the food doesn’t always seem as fresh as expected there have been instances of browning lettuce, containers running low so very little is added to sandwiches, and items being overheated to the point of burning.
Online orders are frequently incorrect, which adds to the frustration. Customer service has also been inconsistent, with some employees coming across as unfriendly. On one occasion, my sandwich was made incorrectly, and the employees appeared to be aware of it and joking about it, which felt unprofessional. Overall, while it’s a useful option to have locally, the store could benefit from improved cleanliness, better attention to food quality, and more respectful customer service.
