  Had an online order went to go pick it up and the worker "Linda" gave my girlfriend a nasty look when she asked if she needed to verify it was her sandwich. Got home and saw my sandwich had Black Pepper instead of Black Olives, which was no big deal. I went back to the store and told "Linda", she gave me ALOT of attitude when I asked her if she could remake it. I sat back patiently waiting and Linda looked me and with a snippy voice told me it was going to take awhile, like she was annoyed with me. Then when she finished she blamed the other worker for messing it up. Which was FALSE! The other worker has always done a fantastic job! - Linda had Attitude, terrible customer service, and doesn't take accountability. I will never get subway if she is working that day.

  Stopped at Subway in Bellevue Iowa. While waiting to have my sandwich made i saw how close it was to the dam.

  Didn’t pay attention to the all caps TOASTED on the ticket and wasn’t even cut in half. I had used $4 of my subway points almost seems like they put in less effort since I payed less

  While it’s convenient to have a local Subway in town, my experiences here have been disappointing. The store is often not as clean as it should be, and the food doesn’t always seem as fresh as expected there have been instances of browning lettuce, containers running low so very little is added to sandwiches, and items being overheated to the point of burning. Online orders are frequently incorrect, which adds to the frustration. Customer service has also been inconsistent, with some employees coming across as unfriendly. On one occasion, my sandwich was made incorrectly, and the employees appeared to be aware of it and joking about it, which felt unprofessional. Overall, while it’s a useful option to have locally, the store could benefit from improved cleanliness, better attention to food quality, and more respectful customer service.
