  The girl here Brooklyn is highly unprofessional. As a paying customer whom is a returning customer multiple times a week as well as a local, it’s highly upsetting to come into your normal food stop to get you and your family food. The two gentleman working with her today at this time are amazing! It’s May 1st around 6:20pm! As a sub club member I had $2 off and a $6.99 FL coupon. The gentleman helped me scan my QR code for it. It popped up but then went away and he asked her for assistance and she got snippy in front of me stating ultimately it’s out of her control and move on, cash or card, as she shoving my stuff over. Very rude and unprofessional. I applauded the man checking me out at the register for good customer service and advised hers was Ill-mannered. She proceeds to get snippy again towards me directly in front of other paying customers. I asked for her name. And left! I will not return when she’s here any longer sad to say! This needs to be recognized!

  The food itself was fine, but the service during my visit today (1/29 around 12:30 PM) was incredibly disappointing. While I didn't catch her name, the shorter, older woman working the counter created a very cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. It wasn’t just my experience, she was noticeably short and "snooty" with multiple customers. She gave a gentleman behind me an attitude just for asking a price, and was unnecessarily sharp with a woman who politely asked how to best share her order list. I’ve never had a negative experience here before, but this employee’s attitude made for a very uncomfortable visit.
