  I'm here to share about how helpful one of the employees was today! T (when I asked his name, he said "Tea, like the drink") was incredibly kind and patient with me. I had not properly packed my items, as Amazon return directions weren't very clear. But T was very kind and understanding, offering patient advice to help me get my items packaged. What a great experience!!! Thank you, T!

  $4 to print a premade label for a box is pure greed. Brought in my own box taped up and ready to go. I understand if an item is being brought in and needs a box, a label AND taped up. But $4 just to print the label is crazy. Not including the price already paid for the label.

  Amazon gave me instructions on how to package my item. I was doing what I was told. The male working at this UPS store at 9:30am today was so rude to me. There's a way to say no, without being rude and condescending. I won't be back. Never again.
