  Unfriendly staff! And the prices are outrages compared to other places! $33 to ship a 1pound package to another state! I will be using other places for shipping!

  Sumi, at the Ames, Iowa store, Wheeler St., is absolutely the best! I had MANY returns today and she was so patient and kind! She helped other customers while I was pulling up my barcodes, so that a line didn’t form. If you’re in the area and have a UPS return, visit Sumi!!🩷

  Lady in charge is Extremely rude. Not professional at all at the very least she should be written up... she should not be allowed to talk to customers that way. Every time I've come in shes rude. Was in last night and she was rude to me and a vendor guy. Even if someone is in the wrong she should be conducting herself a lot better especially if shes a manager, absolutely despicable! Do better this is just pathetic.

  Service is not as friendly as it used to be. Employees seem more short and grumpy. Maybe overworked?
