  No complaints 4/5 subway cant get much better. The other subway in ames always burns the bread. This store gets it perfect.

  Our party of three had to wait over five minutes to be waited on. Only one person was working and they were busy doing only on line orders. Despite having a $2.00 coupon it still cost me over $30 dollars.

  Service and food are awful!! Waited in line for 10 minutes while one person was helping the person in front of me, while 3 people stood there chatting. Someone came to help only when the one working asked for help. Had to repeat every single ingredient I wanted on the sandwich. It was too much effort apparently, for the worker to even speak. She didn't ask me if I wanted anything else or even give me my total. Finally get home to eat a sandwich with absolutely 0 flavor and tastes like cardboard. I generally get the same sandwich every time I go to Subway, so know what it should taste like...this is absolute garbage! And that's where it went. Waste of $10. Will never go to this Subway again! Barf!
