  I live 20 miles away from this place and every time I go to get my phone upgraded they are not open even though its during the posted business hours. Why post your hours if you're not going to be there??? Ridiculous... I'd give no stars if I could.

  The guy that sold me my phone was unprofessional, rude, and seriously lacking any sales skills. He messed up on my account set up too, putting in my middle name as my first name. Guess what? No one wants to fix it. I was also sold a defective phone. I took it back to the store and this guy jumped straight into accusing me of lying about dropping my phone, which was never dropped. So I had to deal with the warranty department. They messed my name up too, and sent me another defective phone, so had to send that back for yet another phone. So my brand new phone is now a refurbished phone. I'm so angry at Cricket!!! I'm a new customer, and this was such an awful experience every step of the way. AVOID CRICKET!!!
