  DO NOT TIP ON CC!!! unbelievable!! I was at the subway just inside Walmart in Altoona and the young girl at the counter did it wonderful job she was very friendly very polite It was a very nice girl and it was nice to get waited on by someone like that. SO I LEFT HER PRETTY NICE TIP WHEN I JUST PUT IN MY CARD. THE EMPLOYEES DON'T GET THE TIPS THE OWNER DOES IF THEY'RE DOWN IN THE CARD THE OWNER GETS THE TIPS THEY ONLY GET CASH TIPS OTHERWISE IT GOES TO THE OWNER NOT THEM I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT HE'S STEALING MONEY FROM THE WORKERS

  I had a reward deal that expired soon, I placed an order for pick-up. Staff refused to make my order stating they close at 9PM. Website and app shows 10PM. I contacted the store the next day and spoke with a supervisor. The supervisor informed me he didn't see my order and the store does close at 10PM. I told the supervisor I can come in and show my app with the order placed and since the store should have been open that day if he can honor the deal or provide something comparable. Supervisor refused. Horrible staff for closing early and horrible management.

  Asked for a 6 inch sub, the guy cut the sandwich into 3rds and told me I’d have to pay for a 12 inch sub to get the other 2/3rds of the sandwich. Told him I’d just rather have the 2/3s side he just cut. Guy was a complete jerk, he refused and said I’d have to purchase a footlong. The Walmart lady said that this is a common occurrence. I’ve never been mad over Subway but what a jerk.

  I would give no stars if able. The new owner skimps on veggies, the meat is not the right portion, you are not allowed to fill up your own water bottle there with ice and water unless you buy something. He won't even give a water cup out. The store looks like trash every time one goes in it. You have to chase down someone to get service. I mean go behind the counter to get help. This place has really gone downhill.
